ODBC CONNECTION ERROR

Hi everyone.

I have been having issue connecting the ODBC on a workstation for a client. The client's server is hosted in the cloud so while trying to connect the ODBC we encounter the below error message. Kindly assist with it a solution.

The most common causes for this would be Firewall settings and or the SQL Server Browser service being disabled.

However, this falls under the scope of networking and should the above be in order, consult with a hosting / network administrator.
