This could be one of many things:

1: The directory path might have defaulted to the program files folder during installation. (Please make sure to verify that the Sage 300 installation is not splitting the folders between the Sage 300 folder and the program files folder.)

2. Your antivirus might be blocking those specific modules.

3. Folder permissions can also be a problem. (This also depends on the default installation folder.)

Hello Fiona,

We eventually discovered that it was the Servers Operating System that is a problem. It wasn't really performing the installation despite the "...successfully installed," message that pops up after the installation. We abandoned the Server and created a new VM.
