A User is not able to edit the values in the "FROM" and "TO" fields in A/R Customer List. In particular, when "A/R Balance" option is selected, the User is not able to edit the default values in the mentioned fields, i.e. change to -99,999.999 to 99,999.999.

The reason for changing the values is that, when default values are used, the report comes out blank. But when edited as indicated above (and this is on my laptop) the report prints out.
