I have just activated Account Code Change in Sage 300 2023, but it is not showing in the General Ledger module.
Why is this functionality not showing in the General Ledger module? How do I fix this?
In this scenario, try to re-install the account code change module by running the installation setup and selecting "Modify"
After the re-installation ensure to run the latest product update again before activating the module. Take note of any possible errors when activating.
Should the above still occur, try a database dump and load into new database IDs.
