If when you are trying to add or activate a company and the only tab you can see is locate server, this would indicate that the link to the registration has been lost.
You have 2 options:
1.) Re-register the machine
2.) Select locate server:
- If single user/ server select the local disk> Pastelxx/Xpressxx Folder (Where xx represents the version you are running)> Custom folder> Registration folder.
- If Workstation select mapped drive> Custom Folder> Registration folder
