Dear Customers, 

We are aware of a fraudulent email that has been sent to some of our Sage 50cloud customers, requesting software renewal payments to Sage through an unauthorized account. Please be advised that we are investigating all channels, and monitoring communications to ensure your ongoing safety and security. 

In the interim, we suggest the following:

• Verify the sender: always double-check the sender's email address. Legitimate emails from Sage will come from addresses ending in sage.com
• Banking details: all Sage invoices have a Netcash QR code. If in doubt request a proof of bank account letter from your Sage liaison. Payment can also be made via your software by clicking on Pay Now
• Guard your personal information: never share sensitive information via email.
• Stay informed: be cautious of urgent or threatening language, misspellings, or requests for immediate action. Legitimate companies typically communicate important matters through multiple channels.
• Report suspicious activity: If you receive a suspicious email claiming to be from Sage, please forward it to [email protected] for our investigation.

Please remember that we will never request sensitive information via email, and we are committed to ensuring your safety online.
