    Good Morning,

    This error often occurs when the company has been opened using a version of Pervasive higher than the one installed.

    • Navigate to your control panel
    • Select add remove programs
    • Look for the pervasive program

    Please advise if you are running Pervasive Workgroup or Client Server and the version. I.E. V9, V10.
