I am the only one that are doing journals, so just 1 user, and I have only tried on one company, so not sure about the other.

Windows 10 Pro.

This seems to be a scaling issue  with windows 10.

• Close Sage Pastel Accounting
• Navigate to the control panel
• Select Display
• Select Change display settings
• Where you see change the size of text, apps and other settings, please change this to 100% only.
• Log off of Windows and log back in

What else can I do? It didn't work.

I apologize that the solution does not seems to be working. Regrettably this is normally caused by a display setting incompatibility.

Could you kindly send me screenshots of the display settings so I can try to see which setting is causing the problem.

Thank you so much.

You will notice that it advises that a custom scale is set. Please  could you select the option to Turn off the custom scaling a sign out.

Please see if that then resolves the problem.
