Roll Over / Year End Issue

For some reason, when processing my roll-over/year end, it has rolled over into my current year, despite me having creating a new company for the new year.

Any one that can help me get my previous year back to where it belongs and try this roll over again, hoping now that it will open the new company as I have requested. I did do a back up before roll over.

    Hi Nakita

    You need to restore backup that was done before processing the year end. Please find attached documentation to assist with restoring backup.

    Once you have restored the backup, you can rename the new folder that was created when you created new company to OLD. You can then reprocess year end and ensure that you select the option Run the Year End in the new company as shown below.
