Expired quotations

SOLVED

Good day bright community

I am looking to create a report to measure quotation conversations into invoices. Is there a way to look at expired quotations?

    Good Afternoon,

    Thank you for your question.

You may run the outstanding quotations/back order report summary, this will provide a list of all quotations however there is heading Expiry date and by exporting this report to excel you can easily create a report of expired quotations.

    • Select View| Customers| Outstanding Quotes/Back Orders| Summary
    • Select Excel as the Print to option
    • Choose the remaining filters

Alternatively you may get a report written for the Sage Intelligence module as per your requirements. Kindly note that having a report written for you is chargeable.

    Kind Regards

    Dear Joanne

Thank you for your response. With your suggestion I can see which quotes have expired. But is there a function in Pastel which shows which quotes were converted into sales orders and which sales orders were converted into invoices?

    Good Morning,

Regrettably there is not a standard report that would show this information.

You would need to have a report created for you using Sage Intelligence.

If we have anyone in the community that can help Rohith with the creation of this report please respond here.

    Kind Regards

    Joanne
