Do you perhaps know from a Sales side if they will by default issue Pervasive 13, or will it be Pervasive 10 - will we have to specify?

And also from Registrations - will this also by default issue Pervasive 13 as of now for V19, or will they still issue Pervasive 10 and we have to specify?

Morning Adriaan,

Going forward all new sales of Sage 50C Pastel Accounting will be build 19.2.2 with Pervasive V13.

Older Packages will most likely follow the same route as previously where you need to contact sales to upgrade to V13.

Please note however that Pervasive V13 licensing only works with Sage 50C Pastel Accounting build 19.2.2 and it is therefore not recommended to upgrade to Pervasive V13 if you are not running Sage 50C Pastel Accounting 19.2.2.

If you are running multiple versions of Sage Pastel Accounting i.e. V17, V18 and V19 please ensure V19.2.2 is installed as this will allow the Pervasive Licenses to be written correctly so all versions will work accordingly.
