Do any errors come up when trying to update the  cashbook, general journal or grv's?

If you check the user what User Group do they belong to?

Yes the error came up. Part of the personalised group - Full access except to change system settings.

The data was returned yesterday and we were told its all good. I have seen reports it may be a windows firewall issue with the new Actian PSQL V13.

Have to added the pervasive database and ports to the firewall?

Have you tried to uninstall V13 and install V10 to see if the error continues.

This issue has been confirmed as a problem with Pervasive V13 Client Server. 

The workaround is to install V10 or 

While updating to have all other users log out of the company.

We will provide further information asap.

I am now experiencing this issue with one of my clients. It is happening at their Jhb branch where they run Pervasive V10 Client/Server and at their CT branch where they run Pervasive V13 Client/Server. Do you have an answer or solution to this as yet?
