    Good day Ally

Kindly be advised that the reason why you are seeing Zcontra is that the option “Contra in Detail” has been ticked in Setup | Entry Types.

For you to be able to see what was processed you need to view the Entry type details report and check the options show generated entries. (As Illustrated below)

On the Entry Type Details Report, please make sure that the following options are ticked. (Please note that the screenshot below is an example)

So that you do not experience the same problem, furthermore you need to change the settings.

    Kindly follow the steps below.

    • Click on Setup | Entry type.
    • Check next to that cashbook and untick that option. (As Illustrated below)
    • The changes will be effective on new transactions that will be processed moving forward.

    Hello Nontu,

I have tried the solution for unticking the "Contra in Detail" but still the transaction are consolidated. For example TAX control account in the Entry Details report

Same goes for Detailed General Ledger Report

    Kindly advise.

    Your assistance is highly appreciated.

    Thanks

    Dear Nontu,

I did not make any changes as I found them already untick, I tried to do some transactions still you can find these Zcontras. I have checked all the Entry type are unticked.
