Supplier Detailed ledger report - Drill down

hi there 

I cannot drill down on the invoices (in blue) on my Supplier or Customer detailed ledger. why is this?

    Thank you for logging a query with us.

    Do the following two things for me.

    1. Uninstalling and re-installing the printer driver

    • On the PC you are trying to drill down from, uninstall and re-install the printer driver you are using to print your reports to. You may need to ask your IT technician to assist with this.
    • To check what printer you are using, go to File... Printer / Fonts Setup.
    • Click on the tab called Other and below that, you will see the printer used for reporting printing.
    • Go to the Windows Printers folder and remove the printer and re-install.
    • Check if the Drill Down works.

    2. Uninstalling and re-installing your software

    • Please make backups of your data by going to File... Backup.
    • Ensure that you have backups of all your companies.
    • Once you have made all your backups, close Pastel.
    • Uninstall the software from your PC.  This can be done by going to the Windows Control Panel and opening up Programs and Features.  Look for the version of Pastel you are running and uninstall that.
    • After uninstalling, go to the C:\ drive via Windows Explorer
    • Look for the Pastelxx or Xpressxx folder (where xx will be the version of Pastel you are running, for example Pastel19)
    • Right click on this folder and left click on Rename.
    • Rename it to Pastelold and press Enter.
    • Re-install the software.  You can download the software you need from http://pastelupdate.sagesouthafrica.co.za/ Older versions of the Software can be found on the VAT Update tab.
    • Open the software and re-register.
    • Restore your backups by going to File... Restore
    • Check if the Drill Down works and let us know if not?
