I have not moved data from Accpac to Sage Pastel Accounting before. However, as far as I am aware, the master files (inventory, customers and suppliers) need to be exported from Accpac and imported into Pastel Accounting. You will also need to take on opening balances once the master files have been successfully imported. With regards to the number of users, you can use Sage Pastel Xpress. However, if you will need added functionality like manufacturing, time and billing, project tracking, recurring invoices and so on, you might need to look at using Sage Pastel Partner instead.
