If you are on a multi-user environment, please make sure that all the machines are running the same build of Pastel. Click on Help | About on the server and your machine to check the build. If you are not on the same build, update the buuild on all the machines to be the same. Please download the latest build from this link: http://pastelupdate.sagesouthafrica.co.za/. 

If all the machines are on the same build, delete the Accounting Partner V19 shortcut from the desktop and the Partner.exe file from C:\Pastel19 on the affected machine.

When you open Pastel again, it will replace the file and open without the error.

If you do not have this file, please rename the Pastel19 folder to Pastel19.old and run a repair on Pastel.

This issue is on the server, everyone access pastel remotely, so the build is the same because it is on this server and everyone just login remotely to access Pastel
