Are you getting the error on any of the other companies including the DEMO when you run the same report? Please run a repair on Pastel.

We get the error on DEMO as well.

Could this be the error on Projects when running a project detailed ledger, that was noted as being a bug?

No this is not a bug, the error comes up when some of the files Pastel uses to print are corrupt or missing. In that case the repair sorts the problem out.

Thank you. Yes, as I thought, it was a printing issue.

I asked a second question as well from Joanne, but haven't had a reply.

The customer cannot run any income statement or detailed ledger from Project Tracker. 

This was definitely logged as a bug, and my question is, has this been resolved?

As Joanne (8 months back) said that there was no date yet for a fix. The customer is really unhappy about not being able to pull management reports in projects.
