I have created a new client who requires me to process invoices to her customers.

this seems to be a very easy task, however, the Company VAT number and a lot of other information, such as multiple telephone numbers, E-Mail addresses/branch addresses and the website address  as well as the banking details must be stated on each invoice and statement.

There is no space to enter the information on the left hand side of the set up,as advised by Patel call center and I cannot seem to edit the invoice on the utility screen, to include the data as needed.

Can anyone advise how to change the invoice and statement on the utilities/ form designer or should I just enter these items as customer messages??
