The errors you would normally receive when importing are caused by an incorrect file format or layout. The import layout for customer and suppliers are included on the article. Please refer to them to ensure that your import file is in the correct format.

In addition to the layout or format of the import file, your descriptions should have a maximum of 40 characters and not have special characters such as #,",*, or _
