Should the error persist after the repair, please run a reset and clear the registry and registration.

Hi Lolo I cleared the registry and Registration although my access code now is changed and my Registration Code doesn't work. what should I do now?

Hi I just found out that the error only appear when I want to see this year's reports,

last year's report are okay.

I don't know what to do now.

With regards to registration, you can try to register online for a new registration code or connect to this chat with our Reg team http://root.pastel.co.za/webchat/zenreg.html) for further assistance. 

When viewing the reports, try not to view them for the whole year. Minimize the period and also try to view it for one period to see if you will encounter the issue.

Hi Lolo I've tried that and I found that it only happens on my Period 12 (This Year). I can see the Trial Balance from Period 1 to 11 without problems If I try to view reports for period 12 Only I get the error. If I try to run Data Integrity I also get the error. Last year reports are fine.
