The installation file is blocked by the anti-virus program on your machine.
If you are technically able or have an IT specialist who manages your network, you can “whitelist”, in other words, make the Sage file safe. The file name is “Sage 50c Pastel Partner.msi”
Alternatively, run the installation in silent mode. Refer to the article on the link below for detailed steps to assist you in that regard:
