Create a backup of the data and delete or cut the StatementData.sdf or StatementData.Vdb5 files from the affected company folder.

Please note that these file stores the mappings in Bank Manager; therefore you will need to configure the mappings again if you have any.

Go back into Pastel to see if the errors still occur
