Hi We are experiencing an error ( 'there where no labels to print in the specified range' ) when trying to print out bar-code labels in Pastel Partner V19.3.5. Description : When browsing the menu options to ; View ... Inventory ... Print Labels ... Inventory Then selecting necessary parameters and pointing the Label form file name to Pastel bar-code label file ( C:\Pastel19\Custom\FORMS\Ilabbarc.eng ) After clicking OK to print labels the ' there where no labels to print in the specified range' message is triggered Troubleshooting attempts : Created local .enz file Rebuilt inventory file Verified bar-code field on inventory master is populated, tested option 'Use Item Code as bar-code' as well Created new bar-code label with 'Print labels using Microsoft word' Labels are successfully printed on all other companies on same computer making this company specific Please advise on a possible resolution to the query, thank you in advance. Description :

When browsing the menu options to ; View...Inventory...Print Labels...Inventory
Then selecting necessary parameters and pointing the Label form file name to Pastel bar-code label file ( C:\Pastel19\Custom\FORMS\Ilabbarc.eng )
After clicking OK to print labels the 'there where no labels to print in the specified range' message is triggered

Troubleshooting attempts :

Created local .enz file
Rebuilt inventory file
Verified bar-code field on inventory master is populated, tested option 'Use Item Code as bar-code' as well
Created new bar-code label with 'Print labels using Microsoft word'
Labels are successfully printed on all other companies on same computer making this company specific

Please advise on a possible resolution to the query, thank you in advance.

Please reset the defaults as per the link below to resolve the label's error message. Make sure you have a valid backup before the process.

Thank you for the feedback.

Yes the suggested solution worked perfectly, we reseted the defaults and are now able to successfully print the bar-codes.
