Pastel partner reports running very slow

Hi Sage Support 

Please assist as all reports are taking over 7 minutes to load for a client and the client connects via the cloud. There are no errors

There are no network issues as I tested this with other networks. I was advised to uninstall the pervasive v10 and reinstall it as per your support  intern 'Fetsang.Modisane' in South Africa for both the server and workstation however this is not listed in the control panel.

Please kindly assist urgently.
