Pastel partner v19 SDK license.

Good Day,

I have been trying for weeks to get hold of any-one to help me get started with the SDK or even the free connector, which I was told by sales were both available.

I was told to send an email to: [email protected], but all I get is an automated response.

Is there any one here that can assist me?

Thank you. I did get into contact with Delight Chifamba at the sales department, who actually did assist me.

Hi Jeanette,

The SDK is free for Sage50 end users, but the developer version is a paid product and is available via the sdksupport mail address.

The SDK is unlike modern API type connectors and if you are un-familiar with it's authentication process and how it works, it can be quite daunting and challenging.

We are experts in the SDK space. It is a very powerful connector and I am more than happy to assist and guide you if you if you are unable to find the results you are looking for.
