Black Screen RDP

Please assist.  I would like to know if it is possible to help me with the following. I have a Windows 11 Pro Thin Server. I have installed SAGE 50Cloud and Payroll. Then working in the Software some on the Companys creates black screens and the others don't do you think the data files are corrupted. I am running remote desktop connection. 

I have done the following.  

  • Disable bitmap caching for your RDP connections
  • Confirm RDP account has full administrative rights on remote system
  • Access the remote computer using consistent resolution – Full screen may help.
  • Confirm both systems' video drivers are up to date.

But I still get the problem. How can I fix and make sure the data in the system is, OK?
