I am experiencing this error massage. Please assist.

Pastel Partner Version 14 has stopped working.

A problem caused the programe to stop working correctly.

Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is avialable.

    Please may you check that there are no pending windows updates on the machine? If there are any updates please run these. 
    Should this not resolve the problem, please run a repair on Pastel using these steps How to Repair Pastel
