I am troubleshooting some Pastel Partner issues for a Client who has been complaining Pastel performance to be extremely slow. Computer specs are fine and they currently running the latest version of Partner.

However, I have a few questions and wanted to find out if you can point me out in the right direction to fix this.

• What are the limitations of Pervasive Workgroup 10 such max size of Partner Company DB it can handle effectively, number of concurrent users etc. especially when users are accessing it from the same Terminal Server.
• Under what circumstances does a client upgrade from Workgroup 10 to Workgroup 13
• Limitations of Pervasive 13 such recommend Company DB size it can effectively handle.
• What is the recommended max size of a Pastel Partner Company DB if any and what to do if that is exceeded. If on Workgroup 10 or 13 has an effect.

Note our setup is as below, Pastel Partner with Workgroup v10 is deployed on Windows Server OS on cloud and all user work from the same machine via RDP, any other recommendation will greatly be appreciated.
