Bank Feeds ABSA Bank

SOLVED

Hello. I would like to find out if there is a issue with ABSA bank feeds? I have 2 different companies, and 3 different ABSA accounts that get to the stage of logging in, and the waiting circle just turns. Only ABSA. I have over written the parameter files, and tried to set them up again, and it has the same circle. Any help?

    Hi Pastel Trainer,

Please check the following and test to see if you can now setup Bank Feeds for ABSA:

    • Check for pending Windows updates and install them until there are no updates available
    • Disable the User Account Control setting. Please refer to this link for steps to guide you in doing so: How Do I Disable the User Account Control
    • The Antivirus program must be disabled when setting up Bank Feeds
    • We do not recommend the Esset Antivirus as it blocks Yodlee from communicating with the bank/s
    • Be on the latest build.  The version for Sage 50c under Control Panel | Programs and Features must be 2.0.111
    • Cut the Accydlink.dat file from the company folder/s and paste it on the desktop
    • Setup the Bank Feeds again

Pervasive 13 is not recommended when you are in a multi-user environment, as Bank Feeds will not work

    • Good morning. For me this solution did not work.
    • I made sure I was on PVSW 10 SP3,
    • I reinstalled Partner with the updated build to be on 2.0.111.
    • I turned off the UAC
    • Delinked the bank feeds

I still get the circle turning after clicking on Next, and not proceeding. I have to cancel it as it wont stop running.

    Any other ideas?

    Thanks
