Image Backup Restore Error

Question

Good evening, 
 We have Pastel Partner 18 on a local server, on Monday morning we logged in and some data was missing, our IT department tried to restore the "image backup" from Friday but the companies give a "rebuild error" on trying to open them, can you please assist, we have about 10 companies and we have the same problem on all of them.

 Please forward the screenshot of the error you encounter to assist further. If the system is indicating that some files need to rebuild, you need to continue with the rebuild and open the company when the process is complete.
