Pastel Explorer not working in Pastel Xpress

Hi there. I added a new company in Pastel Xpress, but the Explorer will not open automatically. It seems to be stuck on Customers. 

My other companies it works perfectly. 

How do I get the explorer to open automatically? 

I have checked my USER settings (Users/Passwords... Users, I am the Supervisor), it is set to enable Auto Invoke for Explorer. And Auto Refresh for Explorer.
