In order for Explorer to open automatically, the setting must be as indicated in the screenshot below:

Make a company backup and delete the sysnav.*** If your settings match those in the example above 

Please process a backup refer to the article How do I process a backup Sage 50cloud Pastel Accounting?

Please also search for and delete sysnav.*** and backup.txt files in your company folder

Pastel creates this file when the company is open.

Hi there. I have search my entire PC for both of the files you suggested I delete {sysnav.*** and backup.txt

They are not found on my PC. 

I have searched when the company is open and when Xpress is closed - nothing found. 

Please advise. 

Hi there. It has been almost a month and I have had no response from SAGE support. 

I have upgraded to Xpress  19.4.3 in the hope that this issue would be resolved but no change.

I have once again search my entire PC for both of the files you suggested I delete {sysnav.*** and backup.txt - but they are not found. 

Without the explorer it makes it very difficult to work. 

Please advise.
