Uninstall and reinstall Sage Connected Services. The Installation is on this link under Additional Downloads: https://pastelupdate.sagesouthafrica.co.za/
If the error persists, run a repair on Sage50c steps are shared here.

I uninstall and reinstall Sage Connected Services as you suggested.
After 8 days it works perfectly!
