I did contact support, but they refer me to the knowledgebase for the solution, which I followed step by step, i.e uninstall Pastel completley, rename the Pastel V19 folder to Pastel V19.old, than install Pastel again.

This is really frustrating -  I cannot uninstall en reinstall all the time to do my work.

The file is a windows file and resides under the windows folder.

C:\Windows\SysWOW64    

Surely, there must be a permanent solution for this error?
