security settings of invoices and statements created in pdf

I need to reduce the security settings of the pdf that is being created when I create Invoices and Statements to allow content coping. Is this possible or not?

 Thank you for logging your query with us Unfortunately, you cannot decrypt PDF files generated by Pastel since Pastel Version 11, as this was a requirement from SARS that all PDF files should be encrypted. Once we allow the files to be decrypted then we are not adhering to the SARS legislation, which we are legally bound to.
