Hi, Everyone

Please help.  When trying to roll over in sage pastel V19.3.2 it says open batch in Point of sale, my customer has not cash out for such a long time, when trying to update all documents or trying to cash out, it lags and will not process to proceed with year. Any suggestions on how to resolve ? Please, thank you
