Carrying over Pastel to another computer

Good day all, I am in the process of changing laptops and somehow the pastel package is not wanting to install on the new laptop. I remember previously there was a check box which had to be unchecked before the installation could be completed, but i cannot remember where? Can someone please assist?

    Thank you for logging your query with us.

    Regarding the installation:

    Only checkbox that's usually involved in allowing installations to continue is the option Don’t register Sage 50c Pastel Partner automatically. Only migrate data that you will get when upgrading the software.

    However, it won't usually come up if it is a brand new installation

    Could you please let us know what the exact error message is you get when attempting the installation?  We can then assist in getting it resolved for you
