Sage 50 Cloud Pastel Partner used for a School

Question

Is it possible for the school where I work, to split our Pastel program so it can accommodate more than one user. Mainly the second user will be receiving cash and thus making receipts. 
 How would that work? 
 Would we need a server? And would you be able to work remotely? 
 Can the transactions be done in excel and then synced to the program instead? And how would that work?

Hi Corlette Yes, it is possible to use Pastel on multiple PCs. To do this, you will need a server; both PCs must be connected to a network.
