General Journal batch listing

SUGGESTED

The date column is wrapping on the General Journal batch listing. How di I fix?

    Hi John

    if your batch listing is showing as per the screen below;

    The reason why the report prints this way is because it’s also printing columns, which are printed when you use foreign currency.

    To resolve this, go to the process general journal>settings>untick use multi-currency> then print the batch listing; it should be fine.

    Hi EAGLEV

    Thanks for the response.

    That is exactly how my listing is showing. I have checked settings and Multi-Currency has never been set. Anything else I could do?

    Apologies. I verified the answer prematurely. This is still an issue.

    Hi John

    Try changing the font to Arial Narrow 8 by clicking on File Printer Font Setup>Other>Reports as shown below:

    If none of those above solutions works, you can try resetting the default setting as per the steps below:

    To reset Defaults and Settings

    • Click on Utilities| Maintenance| Reset Default and Settings. The Reset Defaults and Settings message will display:

      NOTE: you need to have a backup of the company before you reset the default
