BIC Reports

Hi, when I'm running a management pack report from my Intelligence Reports it saves successfully as an excel document but when i'm opening my excel document and try to open one report like for example an income statement, a window pops up telling me to make sure i'm using the latest version of pastel partner. I'm currently using version 12 but I suspect the issue is my version of excel. I'm currently using office 365. Could that be the issue? Please help!!

    Hi Dultimate,

    This could happen if you're using Office 365 in the cloud and not the local installation version of office 365.

    Sage Intelligence supports Office 365 when it's installed on the local machine (what the industry terms as "on-premise") which could be the reason for your issue.

    Your Pastel support team would be able to assist with this should you have further issues so I'd suggest giving them a call if you get to a dead end.
