Problems with Sage Intelligence after upgrading Sage 50cloud Pastel to V19.3.1 and Pervasive V13.

After upgrading our Sage 50cloud Pastel package to 19.3.1 and pervasive V13 we are experiencing problems with the Report manager in Sage Intelligence reporting. It appear that the link to the company data is not working properly as the reports show no data after being run and most cells in the generated excel reports show a #N/A or #VALUE result.

Please can you advise how I can repair the data link?

    Apologies for the delayed response.

    The easiest way to repair the link is to delete the database in Report Manager and recreate it. Please refer to the knowledge base article here for steps to guide you in doing so.

    Have this done on the server and the workstations.

    If the problem persists, let us know which reports in particular are affected by this issue.
