The error occurs when the company folder name has spaces or special characters.

 The backup date stamp and brackets in the company folder name will also result in the error occurring.

To resolve, close Pastel, rename the company folder in C:\Pastel19 or from the location where the company is saved to remove the date stamp or special characters and add the company back into Pastel.
