    Hi Awele,

    This would depend on what you'd like to see in terms of reporting.

    Analysis codes allow you to view reporting based on your incomes and expenses (Profit and loss).

    Would you be invoicing the various customers separately?

    Yes. I wanted to know if its possible to categorize customers at the point of creation using analysis codes. I initially wanted to use location category but when I decided to use Analysis codes, I expected to see an option where I am supposed to pick the reporting branch for each customer added.

    Hi Awele,

    Once created the Analysis Codes are only allocated at transaction level and not masterfile (customer) level. So they aren't allocated to specific customers but rather specific transactions which would affect the profit and loss (eg Invoices).
