Terms & Conditions on Invoices

Detailed Terms & Conditions can be added to your customer documents using the Sage Accounting Custom Layout Designer.

If you have not downloaded the layout designer please do so by clicking here.

Once the designer has been downloaded and installed it will automatically create a shortcut on your desktop.

Open the designer where it will ask you for your login details (these need to be the "owner" login details).

Once logged in you will select to Import 

You will import you preferred layout type (these have been attached below):

  • Default (Modern)
  • Default (Classic)
  • Default (Plain)

Important: Please note that the layouts must be "extracted" before trying to import

Once the layout has been opened in the designer paste your Terms and Conditions into the box provided (double click into the field)

You can then save your changes and apply the layout to the documents required.
