Support Notification | Digital Channels

There are several digital channels available for use to assist you get the most out of your Sage Accounting software.  

  1. Sage City
    • This is a community forum site where you can ask questions and share experiences with other users, business partners and Sage colleagues.
    • While this channel is available 24/7 it is important to understand that if you ask a question you may not receive an immediate response as this is still a community forum and therefore we allow the community the option to assist one another. 
  2. Sage Knowledge Base
    • This is a library of articles with solutions and advise written by support experts that you may browse through and is available 24/7.
    • While these solutions should assist you in resolving your query if they do not please leave a comment for the author so they can review the article and correct if need be.
    • Should you feel you need further assistance you will need to contact support. 
    • Remember you need to login or sign up to VIEW the articles.
  3. Chat
    • This is available Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm.
    • You can login and chat to a support consultant.
