We’ve had a number of tickets relating to missing transactions, and have been investigating these issues for ABSA. We are unable to identify one specific issue causing missing transactions for customers.
We are working with Yodlee on ticket-by-ticket basis to resolve each individual issue. If you are experiencing an issue with your ABSA feed, we would encourage contacting Customer Services to raise a ticket with our 3rd party provider for investigation.

We are aware of an issue where a number of ABSA customers are not receiving transactions through bank feeds. We have raised this with our partner Yodlee and it is currently under investigation with a view to a fix.
We will keep you updated with any progress in due course.
