Don't worry, this is actually quite a common question...

The "preview" button is, unfortunately, not available.

So my advice would be to create your design and save it. While you still have the designer open you would then link it to a "test quote" (quotes can be deleted).

Select "Print Preview".

While your making changes on your designer you can just keep refreshing (F5) the previewed quote to see your changes.

Is there anyways to "update" the new versions without saving a new "unique" version every time (eg Custom MOD), which the designer keeps asking for every time I save?

Is there anyway that the Invoicing Screen can be customised (eg.  We never use the Discount columns!  Would be great if we could drop them or minimise the width)

You don't have to save a new layout everytime.

You should be able to see your previous designs when you login.

The screen itself cannot be customised, only the layouts.

So you are able to delete the discount from the layout.
