It is absolutely impossible to get through to the SAGE Accounts department!!!!

SOLVED

It is ABSOLUTELY IMPOSSIBLE to get hold of the accounts department. I have been struggling for weeks now. Sending emails with no response, using the instant chat and they will email me and still no response.

Every time I phone I'm either on hold for longer than 30 min with no idea how far I am in the waiting Que and then get cut off from 6 min to no more than 34 min.

I recommend SAGE to all my clients as well as everyone I talk too. But if this is the service you are giving how can I continue doing that??
