Keeping only one bank account for both companies will depend on the accounts that are getting affected and the payments that are affecting these accounts, If both the companies have transactions that are affected then both companies needs to balance with the same bank account.

From what I understands you have two companies and both use the one bank account, For allocations do you need the bank account on both companies to balance the transactions allocated to customers and suppliers. 

yes, however what I was thinking is to make use of loan A/c  to transfer from ZAR A/c to Kwacha or Dollar A/C.  is also possible to contact a community member on watsaap call further explanation? yes, can I contact u through watsaap call?
