Due to Covid-19 we have abandoned our office and need to be able to convert quotations to Invoices out in the field by using the mobile app. How can this be done ?

Please note that you are able to create a Invoice from a new quote and and from any existing ones as well.
If you would like to create an Invoice from a New Quote, you would have the option to create the invoice once you process the new quote (see the screenshot below).
You will be able to create an Invoice from existing quotes as well (please see below)
Select the option button on the top left corner 
Then select "Documents"
You will then select Quotes on the top.
It will then give you a list of quotes where you are able to select the one you want to create a invoice from.
Once you have selected/opened the quote select "Process"
It will then give you a option to save quote and create invoice
