there is a long delay in login and processing and sometimes the user is booted out. What is wrong with Sage one and ETR?

Appreciate the reply however currently 11 10 and the last couple of hours it's very slow and my other data connectivity is lightning fast----capacity issues...
The system is still not working as well as it used to - much slower
